How can you assure the quality
of my sail?
Craftsmanship and materials are something that we take seriously at Mauri Sails,
but even more important is your complete satisfaction. We just don't want to
say that our sailmakers has years of experience or that we use only the best
sailcloth per application but we want to back our words by offering for all cruising
Mauri Sails a 3 year warranty (specific
warranties are offered extreme wind conditions). Warranty covers any defect

How do you provide customer support?
Our goal is to offer the ultimate in customer satisfaction and a hazzle-free
experience. There is a good chance we will not meet face-to-face but besides
our regular phone service we have a Live
Chat that
allows you to go over any issue, delivery or details with the person in charge
of your order. Further more, once you receive your
new Mauri Sail we will provide you with cell phone numbers for on-the-water /
weekends consulting.

How do you compare your pricing against other sailmakers?
Before becoming sailmakers we were sailboat owners like you and through our experience
building Mauri Pro Sailing we learned what ads cost and what ads value to any
sailboat product and that obviously includes your sail.
Mauri Sails is committed to operate our business with the attention
and support of a local loft and since we operate from centralize locations all
savings are passed to you. You can be assure that our prices are competitive
and that the quality of our products are carefully supervised.

What is the delivery time for a new sail?
Aproximately 4 to 5 weeks from the time we receive the appropriate measure form
(if
required).

Why measure forms are required?
It is our experience that unless you are buying a new boat, rigs, sail handling
systems, different rake angles and even headstay tension will affect the final
details of the design of your sail. Two boats of the same model, same size may
be different one from the other. To ensure a proper fit we like to measure twice
and cut once. Detailed measure forms will be provided with your order confirmation.

Who design your sails?
All Mauri Sails are conceptualize in our office in Dallas, TX.
then submitted to Sandy Goodall our sail designer to become "sailmakers
files" prior
to be send out for manufacturing. Once you become a Mauri Sail customer you gain
immediate access to a network of international sailmakers and sail designers
as well as to all the benefits of our on-the-water experience.

Where are Mauri Sails built?
We manufacture all our sails at our affiliate sail loft in China. We use as many
automated processes and online controls to assure a clean and detailed oriented
product and on time delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide and most of the time we are able to offer Free
Shipping on all orders.

Do you charge sales taxes?
No sales taxes at Mauri Sails. We are obligated to charge sales taxes on sails
