Freight and Over Size Items Delivery:
What is Freight Delivery / Product Ship by Truck Only?
Freight delivery means your product (most likely battens or large spinnaker poles)
will
be
shipped
and
arrive
via
a
large truck. Freight delivery is used when the size and/or weight of the product
is
too large
to ship using small package carriers (UPS, FedEx).
How do I know if a product requires freight delivery?
We will contact you with shipping specifics if your sails are to heavy or any
item is an oversize one.
Oversize items: How are delivery arrangements made?
To provide a higher level of service, Mauri Sails and the freight carrier
will work with you directly to arrange a delivery date and time. In most cases
the local freight carrier will call you to arrange an appointment within 24 hours
of delivery.
