Mauri MZ1 and MZ4 Full Batten Mainsails are durable, easy to trim sails.

Full batten mains are the norm for cruising boats, multihulls and offshore shorthanded racing boats. The full length battens reduce flogging, and contribute to support the mainsail fabric adding overall durability to your sail.

Easy to drop: One of the big advantages of having a full batten mainsail is that once you are back into your slip and with the help of Lazy Jacks (recommended) it only take minutes to drop your main flaked, covered and go.

Strong Track System:

The STRONG® Sail Track and Slide System is a high-performance, low friction mainsail track and slide system built to handle the increased loads and demands of today's full batten mainsails. When installed, the mainsail will rise easily and drop the instant the halyard is released. The System consists of the ultra low friction, durable STRONG® Track and an "owner-defined" selection of matched slides and batten receptacles designed for smooth, long lasting operation. The System is priced on a per-foot basis and includes battens ends and slides. Shipped via UPS, ready to install.

The STRONG® Track System offers minimal stack height, less weight aloft and low friction performance rivaling systems costing more than twice as much.

Lazy Jacks:

Lazy Jacks contain mainsails while reefing and dousing. They work extremely well with full-battened mains, but are also used with conventional sails.
