Mauri Coastal and Bluewater Full Batten
Mainsails are durable, easy to trim cruising
sails. Full batten mains
are the norm for coastal cruising boats, multihulls and
offshore shorthanded bluewater cruisers. The full length
battens reduce flogging, and contribute to support the
mainsail fabric adding overall durability to your sail.
Easy to drop: One of the big advantages
of having a full batten mainsail is that once you are
back into your slip and with the help of Lazy Jacks (recommended)
it only take minutes to drop your main, flaked, covered
and go. Mauri cruising sail designers are avid sailors
always looking for the right shape and options that will
ad life to your sail.

Mauri offers two options of Roller
Furling Mains. Our standard battenless main made out of Dacron
and a Roller Furling Main constructed using the latest sail
technology with Taffeta added for longevity and extra chaffing
protection.
The vertical battens work almost like a conventional batten while sailing, supporting
additional sail area and improving the performance and pointing ability of your
sailboat. Battens and battens pockets are carefully selected and designed to
fit into your mast as well as all other details that allow you to roll your mainsail
with little effort.
All Mauri Roller Furling Mains include clew block and clew UV
